This interim notice covers the public Crugon website. It describes the website and contact flow that are currently in place; it does not describe a live Crugon AI product.
Who operates this website
This website is published under the name Crugon. The site identifies Crugon as based in Turin, Italy. Its legal operating entity and registered address have not yet been published. This page will be updated with those details when the company is established.

Information processed on this website
When you visit, Cloudflare serves the website and receives the network request needed to deliver it. Request and diagnostic information may include your IP address, requested page, time of request, browser details, and referring page. Cloudflare’s account-level log settings and retention periods have not been verified for this site.
The site currently returns Cloudflare network-error reporting headers. A browser may send technical reports to Cloudflare in response. We have not verified the exact report contents or their retention.
The footer access form opens a prepared email in your chosen mail application. It does not submit the address to a Crugon website server. If you send the email, Crugon receives the address and any message you include through email services. The email provider and its retention settings have not been verified.
The current website code contains no analytics, advertising, account, or database integration. It does not make Claude API calls.
How information is used
Website request information is used to deliver the pages, protect the site, and diagnose delivery errors. Messages sent to the contact address are used to respond to the sender. The legal basis, retention period, and any further handling for each activity will be confirmed and added when the operating entity and its provider settings are finalized.
Service providers and storage
Cloudflare is the website delivery provider observed in the live site response. The site itself has no Crugon-side form storage. Email services process messages after you choose to send one; their provider, location, access, and retention are not confirmed here.
The website is available worldwide. Cloudflare may route requests through its network. We have not confirmed the applicable processing locations or transfer safeguards for the Cloudflare account, so this interim notice does not state a specific storage region or transfer mechanism.
Crugon plans to send information submitted to future AI features to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. The product is not live through this website, and the actual data sent, API configuration, retention, and contractual roles have not been finalized for disclosure here.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw it. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact contact@crugon.com to make a request. The operating entity and request-handling process will be added when they are established.

This is a temporary website notice. It will be revised as Crugon’s legal entity, provider configuration, and product data flows are established. The date at the top shows when this version was prepared.
